Services - Overview

While the maturity of the outsourcing market has made it easier for buyers to locate and compare service providers, it has also required vendors like us to work harder for contracts by improving internally. Sutrix Media has done just this through enhanced processes, specifically through vision, innovation, and impact. For our development process, we employ the Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology. Our TQM processes focuses on you, the customer and is a guide for continuously improving development, design, quality and service

During the Analysis Phase, we outline the detailed requirements of your project in order to create a Detailed Requirement Specification (DRS). Based on the requirements in the DRS we develop the Functional Specification which is a blue print of your unique project. From there, Sutrix Media develops the technical design and plans how the system will be constructed and tested. This includes the Project Plan and a schedule for all tasks required and the parties involved.

The Construction phase starts with development. During development the client receives weekly status reports for transparency and project tracking. Testing and quality assurance is centered on rigorous testing and quality verification based on the test plan. When the final version is released, it is uploaded for your review and acceptance. The project review phase encourages your feedback and when the final project is completed, it can be continuously managed through a Sutrix Media support and maintenance agreement.
