During the Analysis Phase, we outline the detailed requirements of your project in order to create a Detailed Requirement Specification (DRS). Based on the requirements in the DRS we develop the Functional Specification which is a blue print of your unique project. From there, Sutrix Media develops the technical design and plans how the system will be constructed and tested. This includes the Project Plan and a schedule for all tasks required and the parties involved.
The Construction phase starts with development. During development the client receives weekly status reports for transparency and project tracking. Testing and quality assurance is centered on rigorous testing and quality verification based on the test plan. When the final version is released, it is uploaded for your review and acceptance. The project review phase encourages your feedback and when the final project is completed, it can be continuously managed through a Sutrix Media support and maintenance agreement.
